Who May Submit:  Authors , Principals Only.  Literary Estates, Bonafide executors only.  For Authors under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 may submit on their behalf.  Other than parents and legal guardians, we do not allow third party submissions.  Joint authors of a single work may submit, as along as the name, address and telephone number of each author is included.
